Event Planning Consultation

Don't know whether you want to host your event at home? Unsure if all your guests will fit? Don't know where to start when planning your big event?
Five Star Events are able to come to your home and help you make a plan so you're able to set up your own event yourself.
This consultation will include a list of our top suppliers and discounted necessities for your event
(travel fees may apply).

Full Service Event Planning - Venue

Full Service Event Planning - Home or Office

Hold your event at home, Five Star Events will help set it up and even be there for the clean up as well!

Initial phone call to have a talk about what your requirements are

Development of initial plan and cost estimates

After your approval of the initial plan, we will organise a time to meet at your home with a Five Star Events Stylist.

Develop the floor plan on how to best set up your home to create the ideal event space

Coordinate and liaison with our suppliers, caterers, staff, entertainment, decor and styling, etc to create the perfect event.

An event coordinator onsite on the day of your event during setup time only (departs when party starts).

A Five Star Events Coordinator is able to be onsite during the course of your event, so that you don't need to worry about a thing during your special event, for an additional fee.
VENUE SOURCING
Venue Sourcing

Finding the perfect venue can be a lengthy and exhausting process, spending hours searching websites, contacting venues, waiting for venues to respond, negotiating, etc. Five Star Events is here to do all of that work for you! We have close relationships with many amazing venues within Sydney to suit all styles of events, whether big or small.
STYLING
Table Styling Coordination - Home or Venue

You have personally organised every aspect of your event but are after some extra help with the table set up and styling. Our professional stylists will create a mood board/styling board off of your theme/colour scheme and source the styling elements and decor for your tables.
This package includes:

A site visit from Five Star Events stylists and planners to view the space in advance to your event.

Create a mood board/styling board so you are able to see an overview of how your table setting will look.

Organise all styling elements and coordinate stylists to set up and style your table.

Event Decorating & Styling

Five Star Events is here to tailor our decorating and styling to suit your event needs!
Contact us with details of your event, including pictures and what kind of styling/decorating you're looking for and we will happily organise an in depth plan so that your event is everything you hoped and wished for.

Hire a Professional Event Decorator/Stylist

If you have all the decorations sorted and organised but need help on the day of your event to set it all up, so you can focus on getting ready and enjoying time with family and friends. Five Star Events have a team of event stylists who can do the work for you! You get all the items delivered to your home or venue and we will create the magical set up for you.
